After the "Butterfly" porcelain collection, Blanka Matragi comes up with her own designs for serving novelties, whose minimalist shapes are based on traditional cutlery design. They are mainly used for serving banquettes, nuts, small sweets or sushi. So far, only a few examples of these novelty shapes exist, as an industrial manufacturer is still looking for a suitable technology for casting them in metal or plastic with a surface finish that meets food standards.
