The celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Beirut fashion salon was conceived by Blanka Matragi in a truly spectacular way. Not only did she present 52 Haute Couture models, which with their often minimalist conception mark a new era in the designer's work, but she also launched her first ever Ready-to-Wear collection, opened her boutique in Prague, launched a long-term retrospective exhibition of her own work and published her second autobiography. By establishing the Matragi Design Studio in the Municipal House, Blanka Matragi has opened the door to young talented people, with whom she is currently working intensively and passing on the experience she has gathered over the course of her career. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of her work, Blanka Matragi has prepared a collection of 52 Haute Couture models, including both classic large evening toilets and short cocktail dresses. This time, the author was inspired by architecture (New York and Dubai skyscrapers), Czech cubism, space and galaxies (the motif of ellipses), screensavers, the richness of life on an underwater reef, as well as the music and work of František Kupka. The collection traditionally includes several wedding models, which again stand out for their original concept and perfect craftsmanship
